Opening the party will be Orkestar Bez Ime ("Orchestra Without a Name"). OBI brings professional musicianship and fun to your favorite folkdance standards. Comprised of Ethnic Dance Theatre (see EDT on the web) members and alums, OBI focuses on Balkan music, but ranges from Scandinavia to French Canada to Russia and beyond in their lively dance parties. The lineup includes: Colleen Bertsch (violin), Dee Langley (accordion), Katrina Mundinger (clarinet), Natalie Nowytski (vocals and percussion), and Tim Wahl (guitar, tambura, kaval, and vocals).

We'll review the dances taught during the band's breaks.

We'll certainly continue the dancing after OBI finishes.
